Anne Duggan
Anne is responsible for Real Estate, Commercial & Financial Advisory within RTG Capital with a career spanning over 25 years in major infrastructure project development and delivery. Throughout her career, Anne has demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering major infrastructure projects across the globe. She is recognised for her ability to execute complex transactions, manage complex commercial and financial issues during delivery and structure transactions to maximise shareholder value through capital structuring.
Anne has been a trusted advisor to a diverse clientele, including major development and construction businesses, State and Commonwealth Government agencies, asset portfolio owners and not for profit entities across the social services sector. She’s known for her strategic foresight, commercial acumen, and a deep commitment to innovative real estate and infrastructure solutions. Anne has extensive claims experience on some of the largest claims in Australia and is considered to be a market leader in transaction / bid development given her deep knowledge of the industry.

Before joining RTG Capital, Anne held senior roles, including Division Director / Chief Financial Officer and Commercial Director at Macquarie Capital and was a Partner in KPMG’s Infrastructure division. She has also held Senior Executive roles in major listed entities including Lendlease and Suez Environment and with NSW Government.
She has developed and delivered hundreds of infrastructure and real estate projects, from privately financed ventures to major public infrastructure developments. Her extensive portfolio includes advising on large-scale infrastructure bids, leading major bids, leading significant operational functions in major construction businesses, leading strategic,commercial, project controls and financial functions in major
infrastructure organisations and developing transactions (infrastructure/real estate) including capital raising, across a number of jurisdictions, including Asia, the UAE, Australia and Europe.
Anne began her career in investment banking with Bankers Trust and gained experience working with leading global infrastructure firms, including Suez Environnement, Lendlease, Leighton Contractors (now CPB), Macquarie Capital and Green Investment Group (UK). She has extensively advised governments including Transport for NSW, NSW Treasury, Commonwealth Department of Financial & Infrastructure and many others. Her exceptional leadership and advisory skills have made her a trusted figure in the field, helping clients navigate and structure deals across all infrastructure sectors.
